I read with interest all of the criticism directed at the beeb on the faked Polar Bear birth sequence – on Frozen Planet. Which was made to look like it was filmed in the Artic but was actually filmed in a zoo.
In the interests of uncovering the truth, Spaceman went back and reviewed all of the FP tapes to look for other segments which may have been faked and I believe I have uncovered a web of conspiracies which reach right upto the top of the BBC establishment.
The Polar Bear birth was but the tip of the iceberg!!
If you look at the above still of David Attenborough in the Artic, which is incorporated into most of the episodes of Frozen Planet. You can see a slight hazyness around him which rather than being a recent Article blizzard is telltale signs of a CGI movie ‘green screen’ effect. This is obviously to make us believe that Att’s actually went to the Artic to shoot his presenting segments but infact, it was all done using computer trickery in a carpark in Woolwich.
Worse still, when the image is cleaned up in Professional Face Recognition Software (MSPaint), the truth of the fakery can now be witnessed in its full glory. Attenborough can actually be shown to be another famous wildlife presenter : Terry Nutkin!
Clearly they have then dubbed Att’s voice over in post-production to fool us all.
Also, rumours that segments of popular kids claymation ‘Pingu’ were intercut with scenes of penguins building nests, are unsubstantiated at present. As the Spaceman finds out more, I will report back.
How the Beeb can get away with this is anybody’s guess, they should be made to repay all licence fee’s of affected viewers who were outraged by this trickery. This is regardless of the fact that Frozen Planet has brought to life some of the best wildlife footage ever filmed. Retribution on all of the fakers must be swift!
All of the producers should be immediately strung up and camera men hung-drawn and quartered, as a warning to ITV.
Yesterday, David Attenborough was unavailable for comment when reporters knocked on his door but Terry Nutkin did answer and refuted all allegations of Beeb trickery. He did however, confirm that the Really Wild Show was making a comeback.
