Bubba who played Sergeant Moses Hightower in the Police Academy movies, has died aged 66.
His cause of death has not been confirmed but is thought not to be suspicious.
Bubba who played the vertically challenged man mountain in 6 Police Academy movies and a short lived TV series, was also a successful NFL American Football player.
He began his acting career in shows such as Wonder Woman and Charlies Angel’s.
