With Groupon’s recent mauling on BBC watchdog, the internet company is getting it left right and centre from various commentators in the UK & US.

The theory behind the company is sound, provide money off vouchers for rhe masses. The issue was, as an internet only company they thought they could rip people off by oversubscribing otherwise genuine deals.
